Any outstanding balance must be paid in full immediately at completion of
your project. Acceptable forms of payment: PayPal, Certified Checks, and
United States Postal Service Money Orders. All full payments made with
PayPal, Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm, will be mailed or e-mailed within
4 hours. Full payments made with PayPal after 3pm will be mailed or
e-mailed at opening of next business day. Payments made with certified
checks or USPS Money Orders will be mailed or e-mailed after funds
clear our account.
There is no refund once your final product has been mailed or e-mailed.
We will only replace defective discs or corrupt files of your project.
Replacements are honored up to 5 days after delivery of final product(s).
You agree that if you cancel your project within 72 hours of the project
due date you will pay a 40% production fee within 10 days of
cancellation. Your production fee will be based on your final invoice quote.
Kraven Seneca: Sound Design, LLC reserves the right to withdraw from a
project for any reason. Any deposits you make towards your project will
be refunded in full if we choose to withdraw from your project.
Kraven Seneca: Sound Design, LLC also reserves the right to use
samples of your final product on our website and for other promotional
materials, including but not restricted to online ads for our products,
television commercials for our products, and live presentations for our
products.
Kraven Seneca: Sound Design, LLC will not sell or distribute the entirety
of your final product to another individual or organization without written
or verbal consent from you or your organization.
There will be an additional fee of $25 for each revision request after
final product is rendered.
